Conversion of boiler No. 2 to electricity and installation of a heat recovery unit for boilers No. 1 and No. 3. The project consists of modifying the 25 KV network of McGill University, to allow the addition an electric kettle. This includes the addition of two 5 MVA transformers and two 1.5 MVA transformers, cell distribution with Elastimold circuit breakers, installation of a new 600V substation in the Ferrier pavilion for the modernization of the old substation. The work involves the pulling and installation of 25KV cables, cable rack, outdoor cable bus, wiring channel, electrical panel, etc.
